CNC TURNING

ATS Precision utilizes state of the art CNC Turning Centers.  We have machines with bar feeding, and parts catchers for production work as well as Mill-Turn Centers for complex part manufacturing.  We have experience turning parts from materials ranging from plastic to the most exotic high temperature alloys.  Part sizes can range from .010"  up to 12 inches in diameter, with shaft lengths up to 48 inches.  Lot sizes from one piece to thousands of pieces are routinely processed.
